Can't hear anything?

Press Volume Up on the side of the iPhone. Many adults can't hear very high tones such as 17.4 kHz or 20 kHz, which is normal, and some speakers can't play them. Try 3k or 8k, or use wired headphones.

Using a Bluetooth speaker

Connect the speaker in Settings > Bluetooth. The bottom of the app shows where the sound comes from; tap “Change” to choose another output.

Stopping interruptions

Turn on Do Not Disturb or Silent Mode before playing. Pure Tone still plays in Silent Mode. Alarms from the Clock app will still sound.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 16, 2026

Pure Tone does not collect, store, send or share any personal information.

No account and no sign-in.
No analytics, advertising or tracking, and no third-party code.
The app does not connect to the internet.
The app does not use the microphone, camera, location, contacts or photos.
Your settings (the last frequency you used and whether to show the Do Not Disturb tip) are saved only on your iPhone and are removed when you delete the app.

Children. The app collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes. If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

听不到声音？

先按手机侧面的「音量＋」把音量调大。很多成年人本来就听不到 17.4k、20k 这样的高频，这很正常；部分音箱也放不出这么高的声音。可以先试 3k 或 8k，或者戴有线耳机。

用蓝牙音箱

先在「设置」→「蓝牙」里连上音箱。App 底部会显示声音从哪里放出来；点「更换」可以选择其他设备。

避免被打扰

播放前打开「勿扰模式」或「静音模式」。静音模式下纯音宝照常出声。系统的闹钟仍然会响。

隐私政策

生效日期：2026 年 10 月 16 日

纯音宝不收集、不存储、不发送、不分享任何个人信息。

不需要账号，也不需要登录。
没有数据分析、广告或跟踪，也没有第三方代码。
App 不连接网络。
App 不使用麦克风、相机、位置、通讯录或照片。
你的设置（上次使用的频率、是否显示勿扰提示）只保存在你的手机上，删除 App 时会一并删除。

儿童。App 不收集任何人的数据，包括儿童。

政策变更。如果本政策有变化，新版本会发布在本页面，并更新生效日期。
